Binge Island provides the following services:

1. Fresh Website Builds – Designing and developing brand-new websites.
2. Complete Website Revamps – Redesigning and optimising existing websites.
3. Website Updates – Maintaining and updating websites as needed.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, clients agree to:

1. Provide all necessary materials, including text, images, and branding assets, in a timely manner.
2. Communicate project requirements and revisions clearly.
3. Review and approve work within agreed timelines.

3. Payment & Fees

1. A deposit, or payment in full, is required before work begins.
2. Payment schedules and pricing will be outlined in individual project agreements.
3. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

4. Revisions & Approvals

1. Clients are entitled to a set number of revisions, as agreed upon in the project scope.
2. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.
3. Once a project is approved and completed, further changes will be considered new work and billed accordingly.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

1. – Clients may cancel a project, but non-refundable fees may apply for work already completed.
2. – Refund policies are outlined in each service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

1. Websites created by Binge Island remain the property of Binge Island until full payment is received.
2. After full payment, ownership of the website design and content transfers to the client.
3. Binge Island reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.

7. Website Maintenance & Liability

1. Clients are responsible for ongoing website maintenance unless they have an active update service plan with Binge Island.
2. Binge Island is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorised changes made by the client or third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Binge Island is not responsible for:

1. Third-party service failures (e.g., hosting providers, domain registrars).
2. Security breaches due to outdated plugins or software not maintained by us.
3. Loss of data due to client actions or third-party involvement.

9. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
