These Terms of Service outline what you can expect when you purchase a Binge Island: Core website. By proceeding with payment, you agree to everything detailed below. If you’re looking for support or need clarification, see How to Get Updates Done After Your Website Build Is Completed.
What’s Included
Binge Island: Core is designed for individuals, brands, and organisations that need a clean, professional multi-page website without advanced features.
Your Core plan includes:
- Up to 5 standard pages (e.g. Home, About, Services, Contact)
- Basic search engine optimisation (SEO) setup
- Google Analytics integration
- One revision cycle
- One year of:
- Website hosting
- Ongoing technical maintenance
- Backend support
- Up to 2 minor content updates per month

What’s not included:
- Online payments or e-commerce
- Bookings, calendars, or scheduling systems
- Memberships, gated content, or user accounts
- Custom web applications or complex features
If you need those features, consider upgrading to Binge Island: Enterprise.
Pricing & Payment
- Cost: US$500
- Payment is required upfront, in full
- This is a one-time charge, billed annually
- We do not currently offer payment plans or subscriptions
Once payment is received, we’ll confirm your project and begin onboarding.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds—partial or full—under any circumstance. All sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details on how we handle refunds.

Project Timeline
We’ll start work after you submit:
- Final website copy (text for each page)
- Brand assets (logo, images, colour palette, etc.)
- Any additional files or instructions requested by our team
Once we’ve received everything, we’ll deliver your website in 10 business days.
Please note: Delays in content submission or feedback will result in timeline delays. The clock only starts once all required materials are submitted.
Revisions
You’re entitled to one revision cycle. Here’s how it works:
- You’ll receive a full preview of your website for review
- You have 3 business days to submit revision requests
- Revisions are limited to adjustments within the original scope
Requests outside of scope (e.g. additional pages, layout redesigns, or new functionality) may require an upgrade or custom quote. For more information on how we handle revisions, please see What Is The Revisions Process?.
Support & Ongoing Maintenance
Your plan includes one year of:
- Secure hosting on our managed server
- Backend maintenance (uptime monitoring, plugin updates, security patches)
- Two minor content updates per month

Website Ownership
Once the site is delivered and accepted:
- You own all final content and website assets
- Binge Island retains the right to showcase the project in our public portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing
- You may not resell or redistribute the website as a template, service, or white-label offering
Acceptable Use
Your website must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use your site for:
- Adult or explicit content
- Phishing, scams, or spamming
- Any illegal or misleading activity
- Hosting copyrighted material without permission
Violations may result in your site being suspended or taken offline without warning or refund.
Service Limitations
We’re responsible for delivering your website based on the Core plan’s scope. We’re not responsible for:
- Downtime or issues caused by third-party services (like domain providers)
- Loss of data due to user error
- Delays caused by late submissions or unresponsive communication

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of the page. The latest version is always available at bingeisland.com/help.
