These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Binge Island “SUMMER20” 2025 Summer Sale (“Promotion”) and form an agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) and Binge Island (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Promotion Overview
The SUMMER20 Promotion offers a 20% discount on the total cost of any new website build (including landing pages, multi-page sites, and advanced custom websites) or any new website maintenance plan purchased through Binge Island.
Promo Code
To receive the discount, you must apply the code SUMMER20 during checkout, consultation, or onboarding. Failure to mention or enter the code during the purchase process may result in forfeiture of the discount.
Promotion Period
- This Promotion is valid from June 18, 2025 through August 31, 2025.
- To be eligible, the project must be confirmed and the required deposit or full payment must be received on or before August 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM (EST).
Eligibility
This offer is valid for:
- New clients signing up for a website build or maintenance plan
- Existing clients starting a brand new project or subscribing to a new maintenance plan not previously covered
The promotion is not valid on existing active projects, previously discounted services, or renewals of current maintenance plans.
What’s Included
The 20% discount applies to:
- Website builds of all types (landing pages, small business sites, ecommerce-ready builds, custom platforms, etc.)
- Website maintenance plans (monthly)
What’s Not Included
The following items and services are excluded from the Promotion unless they are part of a new qualifying project or plan:
- One-time troubleshooting or emergency fixes
- Ecommerce integrations, unless part of a full new site build
- Add-on services (e.g. email marketing setup, SEO audits, copywriting, photography)
- Redesigns of current Binge Island-built websites, unless they are commissioned as entirely new builds

Payment Terms
- Full payment must be made before August 31, 2025, to lock in the discount.
- Projects that begin after the promotion period, but were not confirmed or paid for by the deadline, will not be eligible for the discount.
- Payment plans (where applicable) must be initiated before the promotion ends.
Limitations
- The SUMMER20 code cannot be combined with other promotional offers, packages, or previously agreed discounts.
- The promotion is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other value.
Changes and Cancellation
Binge Island reserves the right to:
- Cancel or modify this Promotion at any time, without prior notice.
- Disqualify entries or participants who violate the spirit or letter of these Terms.
- Refuse the discount in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation.
Other Terms
This Promotion is subject to our general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any project-specific agreements signed during onboarding. In the event of any conflict between those terms and these Promotion Terms, these Promotion Terms shall apply only to this specific offer.
