Turnaround Time:

  • Standard websites: 10–15 business days
  • Complex websites (e.g., e-commerce, advanced features): 15–20 business days

  • Timely submission of required content (e.g., text, images, branding elements).
  • Number of revisions requested.
  • Complexity of design and functionality.

2. Complete Website Revamps

For clients who need a full redesign and restructuring of their existing website.

Turnaround Time:

  • Standard revamps: 10–15 business days
  • Advanced revamps (major structural changes): 15–20 business days

3. Website Updates & Maintenance

General SLA Conditions

  • Business days are Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM, excluding public holidays.
  • Project timelines begin once all required content and access credentials are received.
  • Delays in client feedback, content submission, or approvals may extend the timeline.
  • Urgent requests may be subject to an additional fee.
