This Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlines the terms and service commitments for Binge Island: One, ensuring that our subscribers receive reliable and high-quality website services.

Scope of Service

Binge Island agrees to provide the following as part of the Binge Island: One subscription:

  • Custom-designed one-page website
  • Domain registration and renewal (while subscription is active)
  • Managed hosting
  • Ongoing security updates and performance optimisation
  • Basic content updates (text and image changes)
  • Support response within 48 hours
  • Guaranteed website delivery within 5 days of payment confirmation

This SLA applies only to active subscribers of Binge Island: One.

Website Delivery Guarantee

  • Your website will be delivered within 5 days of receiving all necessary content and business details.
  • If we fail to deliver on time, we will continue working on it for free until it meets the agreed-upon specifications.
  • The 5-day timeframe begins once all required information (e.g., text, images, business details) is submitted.

Uptime & Performance Commitment

We strive to maintain a 99.9% website uptime through our managed hosting services. This excludes:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will notify you in advance)
  • Downtime caused by third-party hosting providers or domain registrars
  • Website issues caused by unauthorised modifications made by the client

Content Updates & Support

Content Updates

  • Clients can request up to 2 minor updates per month (text and image changes).
  • Requests must be submitted via our designated support channels.
  • Updates will be completed within 3-5 business days, depending on complexity.

Technical Support

  • We provide email support for all technical issues related to hosting, domain management, and website performance.
  • Support response time: within 48 hours during business hours.
  • Emergency support (for critical website issues) is available on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription & Billing

  • Binge Island: One operates on an annual subscription model.
  • Payments are due upfront, and the subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • If payment is not received by the due date, the website may be suspended or taken offline.

Cancellation & Data Retention

  • Subscribers can cancel at any time.
  • After cancellation, the website remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Clients have 30 days to transfer their domain and website files after cancellation.
  • After this period, we may delete the website and all associated data.

Limitation of Liability

Binge Island is not liable for:

  • Downtime caused by third-party providers (hosting, domain registrars, payment processors).
  • Data loss due to client modifications, non-payment, or cancellation.
  • Business performance outcomes from using the website.

Our liability is limited to the services outlined in this SLA.

Amendments & Modifications

Binge Island reserves the right to modify this SLA with 30 days’ notice. Updates will be communicated via email or published on our website.
