Refund Policy

At Binge Island, we are committed to delivering high-quality website design and development services. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds for any services provided. However, in certain circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit towards future services.

1. No Refunds Policy

  • All payments made to Binge Island are non-refundable, including deposits, milestone payments, and final payments.
  • Once work has commenced, fees cover the time, expertise, and resources allocated to the project, regardless of completion status.

2. Service Credits (at Our Discretion)

In exceptional cases, we may consider issuing a credit for future services instead of a refund. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis and is subject to the following conditions:

  • The request must be made in writing, detailing the reason for the credit request.
  • Credits, if granted, may only be used towards Binge Island services and must be used within a specified timeframe.
  • Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation.

3. Project Cancellations

  • If a client chooses to cancel a project before completion, any payments made up to that point remain non-refundable.
  • If Binge Island chooses to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will communicate available options, which may include a service credit where applicable.

4. Disputed Payments

  • If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without prior communication, we reserve the right to suspend all services immediately.
  • Any outstanding balances must be settled before resuming work.

5. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the latest policy.
