Binge Island respects the confidentiality of our clients’ projects, business information, and intellectual property. This Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Policy outlines how we handle confidential information and when a formal NDA may be required.

What We Consider Confidential Information
Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:
- Business plans, strategies, and financial information.
- Website content, designs, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Custom code, integrations, and backend systems.
- Marketing plans, customer data, and trade secrets.
- Any unpublished product or service details.
How We Protect Confidential Information
- We do not share client project details, proprietary materials, or sensitive business data with third parties without written permission.
- All internal team members working on a project are bound by confidentiality agreements.
- Any third-party contractors engaged for a project are required to sign an NDA before accessing confidential information.
When an NDA is Required
- Clients may request a formal NDA before engaging in discussions about their project.
- If a project involves highly sensitive or proprietary information, Binge Island may proactively issue an NDA.
- In cases where an NDA is signed, both parties must adhere to the terms outlined in the agreement.
Exclusions from Confidentiality
Binge Island is not responsible for maintaining confidentiality over:
- Information already publicly available or independently developed.
- Ideas or concepts that are general industry knowledge.
- Any materials the client voluntarily discloses to the public.
Duration of Confidentiality
Unless otherwise specified in an NDA, Binge Island agrees to keep confidential information private for the duration of the project and up to 24 months after project completion.
Handling Breaches & Disputes
If a confidentiality concern arises, clients should contact us via our contact form to discuss the issue. In cases where a formal NDA is in place, legal measures may be taken if necessary.
Policy Updates
Binge Island reserves the right to update this NDA Policy as needed. Any changes will be reflected in our Help Centre.
