At Binge Island, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel a project. This policy outlines how cancellations are handled.
1. Client-Initiated Cancellations
If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun:
- All payments made up to the cancellation date are non-refundable.
- Work completed up to that point will be provided to you in its current state, but no further work will be done.
- If you have an ongoing service (such as website updates), cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
2. Binge Island-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases, we may need to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:
- A breach of our Terms of Service.
- Failure to provide required materials or feedback within the agreed timeline.
- Non-payment or repeated late payments.
In such cases:
- We will notify you of the cancellation and provide details of any work completed.
- We may, at our discretion, offer a service credit towards future work instead of a refund.
3. Reinstating a Cancelled Project
If you wish to restart a cancelled project, a new agreement and additional fees may apply based on the stage of work previously completed.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us using our contact form.
5. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the latest terms.
