Welcome to Binge Island: One! By subscribing to our one-page website service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Overview
Binge Island: One is a subscription-based one-page website package that includes:
- A custom-designed one-page website
- A lead capture form
- Domain registration and renewal (as long as the subscription is active)
- Managed hosting
- Ongoing security and performance updates
- Basic content updates (text and image changes)
- Delivery within 5 days of payment confirmation
Your subscription ensures that your website stays updated, secure, and running smoothly with no extra effort on your part.

2. Subscription & Payments
- The Binge Island: One service is available as an annual subscription.
- Payments are due upfront—JM$15,000 per year.
- Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is made.

3. Domain & Hosting
- Your domain and hosting are fully managed as long as your subscription is active.
- If you cancel your subscription, you must transfer your domain and hosting to another provider within 30 days. After this period, we may release or delete your website.
- If you need help with domain or hosting transfers, contact us before cancelling.
4. Website Edits & Updates
As part of your subscription, you get:
- Basic content updates (text and image changes) – up to 2 requests per month
- Ongoing security updates and performance optimisations
- No major design changes – if you require significant modifications, additional services can be purchased separately

5. Cancellation & Reactivation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.
- If you cancel, your website will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- After cancellation, you have 30 days to transfer your website to another hosting provider.
- If you wish to reactivate your subscription, a reinstatement fee may apply.
6. Guarantee – Your Website in 5 Days
We guarantee that your website will be ready within 5 days—no stress, no delays, no extra work on your part. We handle everything:

If we don’t deliver on time, we’ll keep working on it for free until it’s perfect.
7. Limitation of Liability
Binge Island is not responsible for:
- Any third-party service issues (e.g., domain provider downtime, hosting interruptions).
- Client modifications that result in website errors or malfunctions.
- Business performance or sales outcomes from using the website.
Our responsibility is to deliver and maintain the website as promised while the subscription is active.
