Binge Island: Max – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline what you can expect when you purchase the Binge Island: Max website package. This product is offered by Binge Island (“we”, “us”, “our”) and is designed for organisations that require advanced, scalable digital infrastructure. By purchasing this service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Service Overview

Binge Island: Max is an annual web design and development service that includes:

  • A fully custom website tailored to your business model and goals
  • Advanced functionality, such as:
    • Payment processing integrations (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
    • Membership and subscription systems
    • Booking and appointment scheduling
    • Course and LMS (Learning Management System) setup
    • Knowledge base and Help Centre setup
    • Online store/eCommerce features
    • Advanced analytics and tracking
    • Blog, content hub, and content categorisation systems
    • Dynamic forms, lead magnets, and popups
  • Custom navigation and multipage structure
  • Support for onboarding, launch, and internal handover

This package includes:

  • A 20-working-day delivery timeline, beginning only after full content and approvals are submitted
  • Enterprise-level support and training
  • 1 year of hosting, technical maintenance, and minor updates

2. Payment Terms

  • The full cost is US$5,000 per year, billed upfront.
  • Payment is required in full before the project begins.
  • We do not offer instalments, partial payments, or recurring billing at this time.

3. No Refunds

In line with our Refund Policy, all Binge Island: Max sales are final.

No refunds, partial or full, will be issued after purchase.

4. Content Submission & Delivery

To begin work, you must provide:

  • Website copy for all pages
  • Logo, brand assets, and media files
  • Product, course, or membership content (if applicable)
  • Platform preferences or system logins (where required)

Delivery begins only after all required content and assets have been submitted and approved.

If content is delayed or communication lapses, this will extend your timeline. See our SLA for Core for general expectations — these apply to Max unless otherwise stated.

5. Revision Policy

  • You’re entitled to two revision cycles post-delivery of your site draft.
  • Revisions must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Requests outside the agreed scope or after the revision period may incur additional charges.

6. Support & Maintenance

Your Max plan includes:

  • Hosting and backend infrastructure for 12 months
  • Security updates, uptime monitoring, and performance optimisation
  • Monthly content updates (up to 4 per month)
  • Priority support via our contact form: bingeisland.com/contact

7. Ownership & Rights

Once the website is complete and accepted:

  • You own the content, designs, and assets used in your build
  • You may not resell the site or use it as a template
  • We reserve the right to showcase the finished site in our project portfolio

8. Acceptable Use

Your website may not be used for:

  • Hosting adult content or malicious software
  • Conducting fraud, phishing, or spam
  • Violating intellectual property laws

9. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incomplete submissions or client-side issues
  • Third-party system outages or updates
  • Data loss due to unauthorised access or mismanagement by the client

10. Renewal & Continuity

  • Your plan includes 12 months of support and hosting.
  • Renewal notices will be sent before your term ends.
  • Failure to renew may result in the suspension or deactivation of your site and connected features.
