Payment Schedule for Website Projects
- Full Payment (100%) – Due Before Project Start
- Payment must be made in full before we begin work on planning, design, and development.
- Work will not commence until payment is received.
Payment Schedule for Website Updates & Minor Changes
- For all website updates and minor changes, full payment is required upfront, regardless of the project size.
Additional Charges & Scope Changes
If you request additional features or changes beyond the agreed scope, we will provide a revised quote. These additional costs must be paid before the extra work is implemented.

What Happens If a Payment Is Late?
- Work will not begin until payment is received in full.
- If an additional payment (for extra scope) is not made, the additional work will not be implemented.
- Failure to complete payments may result in project cancellation as per our Cancellation Policy.
