Immediate Impact on Your Project

If a payment is not made by the due date:

• Work on your project will be paused until the outstanding balance is received.
• You will be notified of the overdue payment and given a grace period to settle it.
• Any agreed-upon timelines may be affected, leading to project delays.

Grace Period & Late Fees

• We offer a 5-business-day grace period after the due date to allow time for processing payments.
• If payment is still outstanding after this period, a late fee may be applied based on the amount owed.

Extended Non-Payment Consequences

If a payment remains unpaid beyond the grace period:

• Project Termination: We may cancel the project and retain any payments already made.
• Loss of Work: Any unfinished work may not be delivered or transferred to you.
• Reactivation Fees: If you wish to resume the project after cancellation, a reactivation fee may be required, along with full payment of the outstanding balance.
• For Live Websites: If payment is for website maintenance or updates, we may suspend services until the balance is cleared.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you anticipate a delay in payment:

• We may be able to discuss a short-term extension or alternative payment arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
