Once the contract is signed, the agreed payment schedule is binding. However, we may consider adjustments on a case-by-case basis. Requests for changes must be:

• Made in advance—before the next scheduled payment is due.
• Reasonable—major changes or indefinite postponements are unlikely to be approved.
• Formalised in writing—we require an official request to ensure both parties agree on the new terms.

What Types of Adjustments Are Possible?

• Payment Deferrals: We may offer a short extension for an upcoming payment if requested early.
• Smaller Installments: In some cases, we may allow a larger payment to be broken into smaller, more manageable amounts.
• Revised Due Dates: If you need more time, we may agree to a revised timeline, but this could delay project progress.

What Happens If an Adjustment Is Not Possible?

• If we cannot approve your request, the original payment terms will remain in effect.
