How to Get Updates Done After Your Website Build is Completed

Once your website build project is completed and closed, any future updates will require an active Website Maintenance Plan with us. Our maintenance plans ensure your website stays updated, secure, and performing at its best.

How to Get Updates After Your Project Ends

If you need changes, updates, or technical support after your project is closed, follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Maintenance Plan Status – Updates are only available to customers with an active maintenance plan.
  2. Not on a Plan? Sign Up First – If you’re not on a plan, we’ll ask if you’d like to sign up, as we can only facilitate updates for active maintenance plan customers.
  3. How to Sign Up – You can:
    • Book a call with us to discuss your needs.
    • Submit a request using our contact form, and we’ll guide you through the process.
  4. Make Your Payment – Once you’re ready, we’ll send you an invoice. Simply complete the payment, and we’ll take it from there!

Why a Maintenance Plan Matters

Websites require ongoing care, including:

  • Content and design updates (such as text, images, or layout adjustments).
  • Security patches and bug fixes to keep your site protected.
  • Performance improvements to ensure fast loading speeds.
  • Feature additions if you need new functionalities (see Can I Request Additional Features or Functionalities?).

Without a maintenance plan, your website may become outdated or vulnerable, and we won’t be able to process update requests.

What If I Need a One-Time Update?

If you don’t want to commit to a maintenance plan but need a one-time update, we may accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis. Full payment for the update will be required upfront before any work begins.
